Stat poll!

After rolling initial stats, should you be allowed to alter them? For example, you get a 17 and a 11 you could raise the 17 to 18 and drop the 11 to a 10. This would apply to all of your stats. So in theory you could have multiple 18's by dropping your other stats down, though a stat could never go lower than 3.
